About AOTA

Pete Casey will be following the mighty Amazon river in the most ambitious and intimate way possible: walking, sometimes swimming and probably at times crawling every inch of the Amazon from sea to source, and in the process interacting with its people and its wildlife face to face at ground level.

He will use social media via satellite communications technology to share the adventure with people interested in following the journey across one of the most vast and bio diverse landscapes on Earth.
