In October 2013 I attended a five day medical training course at Exmed in Hereford
It’s the Travel and expedition medicine course OCN.
With real doctors and expert ex military staff this was an important part of my training. Dr Chris Moss, all the other staff and venue were superb.

I’m in Orr of your achievements and from coming from may I say normal background.
I come from a farming background and only dreamt of Adventure, leaving Devon for a day was considered a big adventure for my family.
I have found your story late via the Telegraph app. But I’m intrigued by your expedition.
